Administration Specialist with French

Responsibilities:

  • calculation and reporting of net asset value (NAV) of investment company units serviced by the company at the request of an internal or external client,
  • maintaining a high quality of reports,
  • provide a range of administrative support,
  • accounting and monitoring of the fund's costs,
  • account reconciliation and analysis to ensure the correct NAV value,
  • complete fund accountant checklist when required in accordance with procedures,
  • active cooperation with other departments.

Requirements:

  • fluency in French (B2/C1) and English (B1),
  • good organizational and communication skills,
  • ability to work in a team and fast changing environment,
  • accuracy and ability to work to tight deadlines,
  • provides outstanding service,
  • willingness to learn, gain experience and develop within the structure of the company.
