The Employer:

For our Client, an international, well-known banking institution, we are currently looking for a Candidate for the position of:

 

Business Support Lead

Responsibilities:

  • control and report on utilization measurements,
  • coordinate monthly governance updates preparation and identify and escalate issues,
  • new joiners onboarding and local new joiners governance and coordination,
  • support and co-ordinate training plans including training budget control,
  • control over local financials (travel, training, entertainment cost),
  • recruitment and local operating plan control,
  • other tasks related to HR updates, ad hoc requests, local administrative requirements.

Requirements:

  • prior experience in similar area,
  • advanced knowledge of English (B2-C1),
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel),
  • the ability to lead others as part of a team structure,
  • excellent communication skills, with persuasive presentation skills,
  • incredibly organized, with an innate sense of how to prioritize,
  • detailed oriented with the ability to gather data and preparing updates and reports.
