The Employer:

For our Client, world’s leader in retail market, we are looking for experienced Candidates who want to be a part of a process of creating new structures and teams for a position of HR Business Partner. This person will take an active part in developing the company's recruitment and Human Capital plans.

 

HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:

●       comprehensive support for managers in aspects related to employee relations matters,

●       planning, coordinating and carrying out activities related to the acquisition and maintenance of the best employees,

●       implement processes and HR standards within dedicated area of business,

●       coordination of cyclical HR processes (annual appraisal, talent management, promotions, etc.),

●       planning and implementation of activities in the area of employee training and development, periodic assessments and internal communication in the area of HR,

●       advice on labor law,

●       advice on employees’ development and performance management,

●       implementation of business/organizational changes.

Requirements:

●       min. 5 years of experience in the area of Human Resources,

●       at least 3 years of experience in the field of Talent Acquisition,

●       fluency in English,

●       pro-activeness, ability to solve problems and propose solutions,

●       enthusiasm, openness, communication and team work skills,

●       analytical and strategic way of thinking.
